1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using tattoo-studio.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License and Acceptable Use

tattoo-studio.app is a software-as-a-service platform licensed to tattoo studios and artists for managing their business operations, including appointments, client records, and calendar synchronization. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your studio's business purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to a third party without our written consent
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some aspects of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall tattoo-studio.app, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a revised "Last Updated" date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with Colombian civil and commercial law, including Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute) where applicable.
