3. Google User Data

tattoo-studio.app offers an optional integration that lets each artist connect their own Google account to sync appointments with Google Calendar. When you connect your account, we request the Google Calendar events scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events).

• What we access: calendar events on the Google account you connect.
• How we use it: solely to create, update, and delete appointment events that you or your studio manager schedule in tattoo-studio.app, and to read existing events to detect scheduling conflicts and prevent double-booking. We use Google user data for no other purpose.
• How we store it: we store only the event identifiers and OAuth tokens needed to keep your appointments in sync, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can disconnect your Google account at any time, which immediately revokes our access and stops further syncing.
• How we share it: we do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

tattoo-studio.app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist in our operations, subject to confidentiality agreements. We never share Google user data except as strictly necessary to provide the Calendar sync feature described above.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Your Rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data), you have the right to: know, update, and rectify your personal data; request proof of authorization; be informed about data use; file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC); revoke authorization and request data deletion; and access your data free of charge.
